How returns work

Open the delivered order in your account and choose Return.
2. Approval
We review eligibility and confirm pickup where available.
3. Pickup & check
Courier pickup is scheduled, then quality check is completed.
4. Refund / exchange
Approved refunds or exchanges follow the quality check.
